Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team! As a key part of our sales and customer outreach efforts, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales leads for our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
